2005 Scion tC, is it a good deal?

Looking into a Scion tC thats being sold for 6500. Car looks nice, doesn’t seem dirty but its needs two new tires and has 118k miles. The car has exhaust, springs, rear sway bar and cold air intake and comes with a carbon fiber dash kit but they haven’t installed it so I would have to. My question is, does 6500 sound like a good price or should it be cheaper?
